Add & Drop Classes

After you register, you can add classes on a space available basis or drop classes. Make changes to your classes in ctcLink or using an add/drop form during the first two weeks of the quarter.

Beginning on the fourth day of the quarter, you need instructor permission to be enrolled and must be registered through the Registration Office.

Official Withdrawal

You can drop/withdraw in ctcLink or through the Registrar鈥檚 Office. Telling your instructor or not attending classes is not considered an official drop or withdrawal.

No 鈥淲鈥 will appear on transcript if you withdraw during the first day through the tenth day of the quarter.

A "W" will appear on your transcript if you withdraw from a class after the tenth day of the quarter. After week eight of the quarter, withdrawals are not permitted. You must meet with the instructor to discuss the option of taking an Incomplete "I" or No Credit "NC."
