GED Information from Testing Center
To receive a GED庐 in Washington State, you must be a state resident, not currently enrolled in high school, 19 years old and up.
For underage individuals (ages 16-18), a or notarized statement is required.
- Special Circumstances: Exceptions may exist for those in the military, incarcerated, or enrolled in the state Options (Open Doors) program.
A valid, government-issued photo ID with a Washington address is required to register and pay for the exam. To register/pay, please visit
On January 2, 2014, the NEW 2014 Version, computer鈥揵ased, GED庐 test was launched nationwide. If you started GED庐 testing between 2002鈥2013 and did not complete your certificate, you will need to start over.
If you previously COMPLETED your GED庐 testing prior to 2014, and need your GED庐 score transcript, please visit to place requests.
Testing Centers no longer have GED庐 records; requests must go through GED庐 Testing Service directly.
For students interested in GED庐 Testing at mini传媒, Official GED庐 exams are given regularly Tuesdays & Thursdays at the Testing Center starting October 2025 鈥 to schedule, please create/login to your GED account at
Please note: International Students are not eligible to take the GED庐 if they are:
- An international student enrolled in any International High School Program, or
- An international student, with a high school credential from the home country, enrolled in any International Program.
